I have a brand new jeep wrangler unlimited and I am looking to carry a mountain bike and a road bike on the back. I do not have a trailor hitch and read in the manual on page 384 that I can not put more than 50lbs on the spare tire carrier including the weight of the tire. I found bike carriers that mount to that part how do they carry bikes and a tire and stay under that weight limit?

I own a 97 TJ Wrangler Sahara Edition. I have all of these things already added from the original: 3.5″ Rubicon Short arm suspension, 1.5″ body lift kit, a Warn Rock Crawler front bumper, rear bumper and tire carrier, a couple extra lights, 35″ mickey thompson MTZs on MT classic wheels.

I need to know what to do next. I know i need to get a winch and add to the front bumper, but should i just get the warn winch mount plate and grill guard or should I get a whole new bumper. If so what bumper do you recommend. Im some what hesitant to get a new bumper because my front and back currently match.

Is a warn winch really worth getting over another decent brand? I only wheel every other weekend (at most) so i don’t use it all the time.

Im also thinking about larger fender flares because i have wide tires so i get a lot of mud and water and rocks kicked up. What do you think about this?

Is there anything else that is important or nice to get? For example a dual battery set up, exhaust system, lockers, snorkel, seat covers, roof rack, steering stabilizers?? and so on for all you educated folk.

Please keep in mind I do drive this at least 15 miles a day so im not going to get more of a lift or larger tires. And for ideas sakes money is not an issue but if you have any money saving tips let me know. Thanks so much!

I have purchased a used lightbar and lights to install on my jeep wrangler. The lightbar and lights are used, so it is preassembled and wired. I need to know how to properly wire this on my jeep. This is the lightbar that will install to the window. That part seems farily simple, just bold to window brackets. The wiring is not my cup of tea. I have purchused 2 rocker switches for this also. Therefore, i have 2 switches, the lights, and lightbar with the wiring ran in the lightbar (about 6 feet coming out the end). what else do i need for this wiring process, and what exactly do i need to do for wiring this up? thank you very much. Also, this is a 1997 TJ. Thanks again
When browsing for installation info, i read about relays, will i need one of these? or do i just need to run the feed wire to the switch, and then run switch to the fuse box? thanks again for all your help!

Ok I am going to buy one of these cars and fix it up and make it cool with my uncle for when I am 16. The Fiero has manual transmission, 160,000 miles, needs a few minor repairs but still drives, and it is $1500. Another Fiero I am looking at that I am trying to get pictures for is automatic transmission, has knock in motor, $100,000 miles and $800. I want manual transmission so i’d have to do a switch if i got that one, any ideas how much it costs? And now to the jeeps, 1990 jeep with 190,000 mile on it, 4cyl, 5 speeds, ONE runs with a hardtop, non matching doors and has some rust, THE OTHER has good body with blown engine, piston 3 is wiped out but still turns over, he’s looking to get $1800 each. I love jeeps and suvs and i love manual transmission! But the fiero has so many more customizable options and is safer. Like for example I could easily do an engine swap with a v8 in the fiero, subwoofer, speakers, sirius radio, leather seat sports car. But the older jeeps are not that safe and EVERYONE has one, and insurance is probably expensive for it. And they are more money. So could you help me decide please???
Forgot, how much would a good offer on the $1500 Fiero be? He said make your best offer and he told me that coolant is leaking but I’m guessing that isn’t a big problem. Thanks!
